Our regular office hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Voice mail is retrieved 7 days a week, and a serviceman will be on call for any emergency situations after business hours.

Your initial cleaning will include all of the following plus labeling of the equipment and a complete inspection of the mechanical and electrical equipment for your pool and spa. We can also install a lock on your pool gate upon request. (You will be charged for hardware only.)

Regular Service and Maintenance

  • Vacuum Pool (weather permitting)
  • Clean Out Skimmers
  • Brush Steps, Tile and Benches
  • Backwash Pool (when needed)
  • Skim Pool Surface
  • Inspect Equipment
  • Analysis of Water Chemistry
  • Maintain Water Chemistry

Please Note: When a serviceman is at your pool performing schceduled service and maintenance, they cannot perform repairs. Additional labor they may render is limited to:

  • Pool sweep adjustments and replacement of exterior bolt-on parts (not rebuilding).
  • Replacement of filter pressure gauge or bleeder valve.
  • Replacement of pump basket o-ring.
  • Lubricating of Push/Pull backwash valve (not multiport).

All other repairs will require a service call.

Also, please understand that your scheduled service day may fluctuate slightly due to weather and holidays.


Weekly service will be invoiced on the 1st of each month. Payment is due on the 15th of each month.M

Your Responsibility as the Pool Owner or Tenant

  • Ensure water level never drops below skimmer line (average level is about center of line).
  • Ensure pool sweep is working properly as programmed.
  • Take adequate precautions during sub-freezing temperatures. This can be done by setting time clocks and valves to “freeze mode” on the day or night before the temperatures drop below freezing. If you are inexperienced in this matter, contact Hydro-Logix, and a technician will provide simple instructions at no charge. If temperatures will be below freezing for more than 72 hours, we recommend that you turn your pool or spa heater on to a low setting. These precautions will decrease the possibility of freeze damage.

Hydro-Logix Pools will not be responsible for any type of freeze damage.
